Salon Policies

At 43 East Salon, we work hard to provide an exceptional experience for every client. These policies help us maintain a professional environment and ensure that your visit — and every visit — runs smoothly. Please read them before your appointment.

Appointments & Cancellations

We understand emergencies arise. However, 24 hours notice is appreciated when canceling an appointment. Cancellation fees are to be determined by 43 East Staff. This policy helps us serve all clients fairly and respect our stylists' time.

Payment

Most major credit cards and Venmo are accepted. Cash and checks accepted with proper ID. There will be additional fees for returned checks. We also offer e-gift cards through our online portal.

Service Guarantee

Our hair services have a two-week guarantee from the date of service. If for some reason you are unsatisfied, please contact us so we can accommodate you. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Refund Policy

43 East Salon does not issue refunds. If you are unhappy with any service, please reach out within the service guarantee period so we can address your concerns directly.

Children

We welcome children for services. However, for the comfort of all clients, we kindly ask that children receiving services are accompanied by an adult. Unattended children may be asked to reschedule.

Late Arrivals

Please let us know if you are running late. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule, out of respect for clients with appointments following yours.
